Cute tune...

Thanks for posting this...I remember learning this from Anna Massie at a fiddle workshop in Guelph when I was still quite wet behind the proverbial fiddle ears. It was promptly lost in tunes/months that followed.

John Williams

John Williams plays this on his new album "Raven." When he talked about it at his concert he said he was in Louisiana trying to find something to play with the one row box players down there and thought of this one. When he played it for them they swore that it was a Cajun melody rather than an Irish barndance. The way he plays it definitely makes it have a Cajun sound.
