Jig for Jimmy

Liz Kane wrote this tune in 2003 for her maternal grandfather. She and her sister Yvonne play Jig for Jimmy in a set with Betsy's Delight (http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display.php/4532), also penned by Liz, on their Under the Diamond cd.

I like all the low growly notes in Jig for Jimmy, and unexpected little phrases like |fdB dcB| and |cGc ege| all fit together into a well-formed tune. Liz's tunes remind me of Ed Reavy tunes--great stuff.
