Learned this a while back, and am tired of calling it "Unknown Reel in Gdorian"... surely someone knows the title...

Sounds somewhat like...
The first part is reminiscent of Master Crowley's....

This tune seems to be a Jerry Holland composition, "Billy MacLeod's Reel". Recorded on his first solo album I think.
