Cole's Thousand Fiddle Tunes (1940) gives a bare bones version of this in Dm. I started tinkering with it on fiddle and filled in the blanks a bit.

Maybe related to Hills of Glenorchy. I think Mayo flute player Paul Smyth recently recorded a similar tune.

Pretty sure it's in O'Neill's too under same or similar name, and also in D minor. Kane sisters recorded it recently too I think.
