Like the Commodore, this is another tune written by Billy McComiskey and Brendan Mulvihill (the Lennon and McCartney of the 70's Washington DC trad scene.) I tried to get this down as accurately as I could to they way they play it on Catchin' the Tune, but they really were zipping through it so I probably missed some details. By banjo player brain is no doubt responsible for the number of trebles (i.e. (3ddd ) in there - more likely it's some other type of ornament. The double roll on the low B in the first part may actually be that stutter roll that Brendan came up with, but I'm not sure and wouldn't know how to notate it if it were.
Anyhoo, it's a great tune!
