Constitution Hornpipe
I don't know much about the source of this tune, but it's another standard American Fife and Drum piece. Everything I could google seems to indicate it is probably American in origin (at least the title), but I'm interested to know if anyone recognizes the tune from an ITM POV.

On one of the 'Shetland Sessions' recordings, Aly Bain plays this as an intro. No clue on the inlay notes as to its origin. He plays it as a reel, in F, approximately thus:

Here in Missouri old-time fiddlers play this tune in F, in a setting much like the one found in Cole's 1000 Fiddle Tunes. The key of F "lays out" well on the fiddle; on their recordings you can hear Frankie Gavin and John Carty play some nice settings of reels in F.
