Hornpipe?

The melodic structure of this tune, with all of the thirds and especially the way the parts end, would make this a likely hornpipe, not a reel.

A good version of this tune

This tune is played almost exactly like this, on their CD, by the Fletcher Bright Fiddle Band (only slightly different in the penultimate bar).
I think the tune was popularised by guitar picker Norman Blake when it appeared on his album 'Far Away, Down on a Georgia Farm' , where it is listed as traditional.
