I posted this as requested. I learned it from a group called Carp Camp at the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, Kansas. For a weird variation, you can flat the f's in the second part.

Thank you so much for posting this! I learned this from a whistle player who visited our session about four years ago and after a month or so, forgot the name of it. Jack Mitchell's sounds sort of like a version of Dan Mac's polka, but there is enough of a difference to make it it's own tune. Great tune - thanks again for aiding my memory.
