Ah, been a while since my last post! This is a Skye air and NOT a reel. - woah deja vu! - I got it from the very awesome book of the "Skye Collection of the best Reels and Strathspeys". page 182 third tune down.
It's fairly dark, seems to me, and I LOVE it on the low whistle, quite yummy indeed! There's also a foot note for the tune as well..
