It sounds like it could be a version of John Henry's:

Frankie O'Connor's
This tune is very new and was written by Frankie O'Connor, flute/fiddle player from Limerick. It is recorded by Slibh Notes (Donal Murphy)where Francis joins them. Danny broudar of Duchas also recorded this tune. It is usually played with 2 more of FranKies tunes.

"compaqjohn" pointed out that this was recorded by "Sliabh Notes". The title they give is "The Hairy Dogleaf", and it was posted on the site by Will Harmon in November 2003.
