Lucy Farr's Polka No.2

The Second of two polka's by Lucy Farr transposed from the LP titled 'The Rakes' . I have this in the key of 'G' , the first chord being a 'D'. This runs naturally on from LFno.1 but some might be tempted to start on 'Am', I've tried it but don't like it.
