re-discovered den's arround the window last week and put myself to learn this tune, but what do you know? just 2 days later at a concert this very tune is played by sylvain barrou, pupil of the great JM veillon, off whose playing i'm learning the tune ...
and so it just all fits together ...

You're right, it's "Plevin Jig" composed by Soïg Sibéril and recorded on his CD "Digor"

Plevin in Amix !!!
i was concerned about the original key Soig wrote this tune in,
so i checked with mr Sibéril and just informed me the tune was originally composed in Amix
this then makes the wright transcription:
