I learned this slide while I was staying in Leeds, Yorkshire. I didn't have a name for the tune, but a bit of research shows it is in "Music of Ireland -- The Big Session" edited by D. J. Taylor. It appears in box player John Brosnan's solo recording "The Cook in the Kitchen": the second slide on the track 7.
