Improv Irish at its best
Listen to McGoldrick's slick version of this tune on "fUSED". This transcription doesn't even attempt to notate the bent and slid notes or the subtle variations each time through.

Does anyone know something about Sully?

I did a quick search and found that the composer was Tony "Sully" Sullivan. I then googled this and got his web page:
http://www.irish-banjo.com/performers/british-banjo-players/sullivan-tony.html
I like it when I answer my own questions.
