I believe The Marquis of Huntly is a strathspey. Sean Keane recorded it on "Contentment is Wealth."

Yes, Hiro, Marshall's "The Marquis of Huntly" is a strathspey (see Kerr's Merry Melodies Bk.1p13). There are a few tunes with that title; I'm not familiar with Sean Keane's recording, so I can't say whether it's the same.

I would do the lead-in notes so:
A-part ~ |: G>F |
B-part ~ G>d | ~ both ending with G2 rather than G2 G...
