This is the Whistler of Rosslea, a Reavy tune. It's already here but this is the more usual key.

The Kane sisters refer to this as The Whistler of Rosslea, rather than FROM Rosslea.

Burke's
John G. Walsh calls this tune Burke's on his "Galway Rambler" album. Maybe he learned the tune from Joe Burke because he does play a few of Joe's tunes/versions of tunes on the album.
