Now THIS is a twisted tune! I love this one. It was written by Matthew Heaton, and the name fits perfectly into our Frustrated Players Set of tunes (yes, he was thinking of a frustrating situation at the time he wrote it). Some very unexpected twists to this very modern sounding tune.

I learned it from the playing of Dearga, which is Matt and Shannon Heaton and whatever fiddler (currently Jessica Ziegler) they happen to be playing with at the time. They usually play it Charlie Harris's/Three Steps Forward (Two Steps Back)/The Torn Jacket -- a lovely set that always makes people stop and listen. The variation for the turn into The Torn Jacket is particularly wonderful.
