Thanks for a great tune.

This is Young Tom Ennis, aka Banshee's Wail over the Mangle Pit, already here: http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display.php/131, with Hiroyuki's A dorian setting (from KEvin Crawford's In Good Company) in the comments.

Will, I requested this tune and believe it's different from Yong Tom Ennis. The first part sounds similar though.

Defo not Young Tom Ennis
Hi,
This is definitely not YTE. The setting here is a little eccentric compared to what's normally played around. It's a Bobby Casey tune, I believe.

The version we play is from Frankie Kennedy with
c2A BAG|EAA =FAA as bars 1,2 and 3,4.
Hope this useful!

Sheet music
could someone transfer the ABC into sheet music? thanks.

Oops!
Sorry, that variant should have read "as bars 1,2 and 5,6" - not 3,4. But everyone spotted that, didn't you?

I still say it's the same tune, or clearly a variant of YTE (or vice versa). It's closer to YTE than, say, the Clare and Sligo settings of Toss the Feathers are to each other. You could back it with the same chord progression. Also closely related to Wallop the Potlid (aka Mouse in the Cupboard): http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display.php/1454.

BTW, Scully (John) was Bobby's father and significant source of tunes.

Here's a simple version of the tune based on Claire Keville and John Weir's concertina and fiddle duet playing:
K: Ador

B|c2c dcd|ega ged|eaa aga|bag a2g|
eaa c'aa|b2a ged|c2e dBG|BAG A2:|
They actually recorded it in a different key as "Bobby Casey's."

So, perhaps this was originally Scully Casey's personalised version of "Mouse in the Cupboard."
No recording of Scully himself, but you can listen to Junior Crehan play this: http://www.rte.ie/radio1/ceilihouse/rams/7august.ram (the second tune in the set starting around 27:00: from Ceili House Archive 2004: http://www.rte.ie/radio1/ceilihouse/1015163.html)
