This is notated as a hornpipe and credited to a Kerry fiddler named Timothy Dillon. Other information found is that a recording was made by 'Dan Sullivan's Shamrock Band' in 1929 where they gave it the name 'The Silver Slipper'.

The Slipper
Not sure of the dates for Timothy Dillon, but this tune is in the Gunn Book ms of Fermanagh as the Slipper Hornpipe. The Gunn Book was completed in 1865.
