Not-so-trad Reel
This wonderful tune was written by guitar and mando phenom John Cote of Lewiston, Maine. The melody flirts with
Middle Eastern modes. Don't take the Bm and Dm key signatures that seriously, just play the notes. When I play
this tune on the wooden flute I hold the Eb flat key down throughout the entire first part. It's great practice.
