Taken from the playing of Natalie MacMaster... a march by William Marshal.

I've been playing this tune for a bit and would like to add some more info if I may.
I have the tune in an old Fiddlecase volume of The William Marshall Collection. It is indeed
in the key of E major but would seem to be more of a slow air than the march Natalie McMasters
plays it as (Marshall's directions with the tune say "Slow with much expression"). The only
group I've heard play this is Dordan and they play it as an air pretty much as written in the
book, only in the far friendlier key of D major, a practice I follow as well. Of course there
is no category for airs on this website so calling it a slow strathspey is the best option.
I'll provide a close transcription with the ornaments from the Marshall book here:

And a version in D major without Marshall's ornaments. It's easier to read this way.

Anyway, I hope I've done all these accurately. Try it out, it's a very pleasant tune.
