Vincent Campbell's version
On the Brass Fiddle, Vincent Campbell does a cool Northern fiddle thing. While playing the d string notes on the A part, hold the 4th finger down on the d note of the G string. It's simple once you're in position, but it's trickier to get back to that position coming back to the top.
