Sunderland Lasses

I figured it's been a while since the last 3/2 hornpipe submission. This is one that has withstood the test of time without drifting into complete obscurity. I think it's fun to slide on to the first B, hence "J" in the ABC.

I first heard this tune in North Hero, Vermont at the Northumbrian Pipers Convention which has now morphed into the North Hero pipers Gathering. The tune is found in the 2nd volume of the Northumbrian Pipers Tunebook.

Try playing this against the B and C parts of 'Lads of Alnwick' because it kindof works!!
