It is not the same cat, the one in the fiddle case is a home cat, this one is a homeless cat.

The Rambling Cat
I'm playing this tune in A (as I did with The Cat In The Fiddlecase). On the fiddle, in this instance, this key gives slightly more scope for ornaments and perhaps its brightness suits the feisty ramblings of a homeless cat.
