House of Hamill

Good man Dow, a stellar tune and one of my favorites. I like it played at a good clip. Makes the third part sound like pure, twisted evil. In addition to the sources listed in the Details section, there is a good version on Dervish's "Midsummer Night" (in the opening set of reels) and an unadorned version by Kildareman Enda O Cathain on his recording, "O Inne Go Inniu". Cherish the Ladies recorded it some time ago as a slow reel but I think it loses its fire that way.
