The Bees Knees
I was bitten by the slip jig bug a few days ago and with spring not far away this cheerful little tune just popped into my head. Only the second tune I've composed. Let me know what you think!

Lovely
It'll sound even better when the snow goes away. But - at what tempo do you play this? I transcribed it over to the Alto clef for playing on a Mandola and well - it's a rare tune for me where I want to lilt to it. I've been experimenting at about 145 bpm (mid Allegro) with a swing to the rhythm. Have you done anything with chording behind it - I realize you're a fluter so ...

Tempo
Glad you like the tune. I've been playing it at around 140. If you play it faster I would drop the semi-quavers. I've actually been playing it on the concertina! Part B sounds really good with the deeper tones of the concertina.
