The Piper's Apron

I don't remember where this came from,I may have recorded it at a session.

This is a composition of the Waterford piper and whistler Tommy Keane, who has made a couple of records. The prascĂn, the piper's apron, is a piece of leather tied to the piper's right thigh, to insure closure of the bottom of the chanter for stacatto or "tight" playing (with silences in the music, for proper phrasing).
