Larry's Favourite
Does any of you know a version to download mp3 or similar - has not to be a complete tune, but maybe the tune once around?
Thanks
Urs

I think I heard it played on a show of RTE's Ceili House some months ago. Still in the archive, I believe.

Thanks slainte,
it is in the archive on aug 28.
The version is very ceili band sound - which is not my preferred style, but it is for sure a version in Paddy O'Briens spirit.
I learnt the tune from Kevin Rowsome at a workshop, but I would like to play a version to my band mates, so they can imagine better versions than mine

What's wrong with ceili band style playing?
I first heard the tune played by Clare concertina player Dympna O'Sullivan on "The Sanctuary Sessions," the collection of live recordings in Cruises Bar in Ennis. Really mighty playing and great version of the tune. I think that's what you really want, urs.
I haven't learned it yet. I'm just lazy.

nothing wrong with ceili band style playing!
just a matter of individual taste which cannot be discussed
