4th part
Here is the 4th part as I have it:
M: 6/8
K: Bmin
|:aga f2e|fBB f2e|aga f2e|cAA fec|
aga f2e|fBB f2 e|fga efa|cAA fec:|
It's just a slight variation on the 2nd part.
I've heard the tune played slightly differently, with the 7th bar of every part as: |fga efa| instead of |fga e2a|.
Being part of the Highland Bagpipe repertoire, it must have two sharps in th key signature (BTW it is B minor, not D major), but string players sometimes sharpen the Gs (making it B dorian).

Sileas plays this tune in a lovely set on their "Play on Light" CD - worth a listen!

History of Paddy's Leather Breeches?
Just curious since the comments on the tune don't tell much of it!
Cheers and woohoo for school pipeline breakage!

Re: History of Paddy's Leather Breeches?
I rarely hear this tune in Irish music circles. It seems much more popular among Scottish musicians and is played everywhere from sessions, to ceilidh/dance bands, fiddle societies etc.

Isn't this a bit like a jig version of "Bog an Lochan" transposed in Bm?

Paddy's Leather Breeches
There's a hint there in what ceolachan has posted, but nobody seems to have said it outright: this transcription has the wrong key signature. It should be in B dorian ie with 3 sharps.

2 sharps
There are no G sharps in Highland bagpipe music. And there are mistakes in the 3rd part of the sheet music - this transcription is best avoided. It's in 42 tune-books - that's 42 players playing a sheight version of a classic pipe jig. This should be deleted.
