Shouldn't the ABC and sheet music mention Leon's Waltz was composed by Loretto Reid?

Definitely!
This gorgeous tune was written by one of the world's great flute/whistle players Loretto Reid for her son Leon. A daughter of Sligo, Reid now makes her home in Ontario, Canada.
