Its name is its origin
This tune just came to me one morning when I woke up with a massive hangover after having passed out on my friend Gary's couch. It came so easily that I thought for sure I must have heard it somewhere. Neither I nor any of my friends can recall ever having heard anything like it, so I'm assuming that it's an original with me. I hate the tune, but some of my friends like it, so here it is.

To like the tune again, perhaps you need to return to the frame of mind in which you wrote it....
It's an interesting tune--pieces of other tunes in a new configuration. Hmmmm...where'd this headache come from, and why is the room spinning?

Maybe you're right about that. I shouldn't hate my own child no matter how ugly he may be to me. Maybe it's just one of those "six-pack tunes"--it starts to sound good after polishing off a six-pack. Irish music is full of those--Rakes of Mallow, anyone? Actually, you might need to drink an entire case to like that tune.
