The Miser's Purse
This is the first tune I've submitted! I got it from my teacher Kathy DeAngelo who got it from Michelle O'Brian in Galway. It is a Donegal tune and has that great Scottish flavor.

Well done Andee. I'm curious though about how fast you play this. I can imagine it as a reel, but it also seems like it would fit very well as a highland--not so fast and a bit "marchy," if you know what I mean.

Thanks guys! Yeah, the funny thing is I asked my teacher if it was a reel because it kinda sounded like maybe something else--at the time I thought a Strathespy, but a highland would make more sense. She doesn't play it very fast at all.
