Bison Reel!!!
This is a tune written by Jennifer Wrigley, a young great fiddle player and composer from Orkney. The sleeve notes of "The Watch Stone" album says, "This was composed following an unusual gig at an expo in Switzerland. The side of the marquee was lifted to reveal a pen of 3 bison directly behind the stare; we played oor best that day!"
It's the very first tune of the CD, and her own playing of the tune is fabulous!
