Your "F flats" should be =F naturals. You could have saved yourself the hassle of writing out the ABC by simply lifting from Henrik Norbeck's index, since the setting is exactly the same ... note for note ... apart from the F flats.

In Philadelphia, it's generally played in Adorian. Didn't learn the tune that long ago though, so I couldn't tell you about anywhere else though. When this tune is played in Philly, it's typically followed by the Liz Knowles composed "Toss the Fiddles" (the one listed as a polka on this site). When I play this tune at home, I'll often play it in D simply because I have a keyless flute and try to avoid half-holing whenever possible.
