The Dairy Maid

This is the setting I play. It's based on Planxty's version because that's where I first heard it, but I've messed around with the 2nd half of the second part a bit. I like to make it move around the octave a bit more, outlining the chords of Bm and G more obviously through the melody:

According to the liner notes of Time on our Hands, this was played by Coleman and he knew it as "Kiss the Bride in Bed"; he had to tone the title down after having offended the sensibilities of radio listeners!
