Finally got it right
This is a tune I just learned at a Saskatchewan square dance. Where I've stuck rests in the b part, try triplets. Also I double stop the A and D strings on the off beats in the A part. It's a great foot stomping reel.

Also...
I should add that this is an Andy DeJarlis tune. He's a Metis fiddler and composer in Canada and has written buckets of cool tunes. A lot of Metis tunes have an extra one and a half measures per part, to allow for a breather between bursts of fancy footwork in the related dances. This one is pretty straight forward, though. Hope you enjoy it.

Nice pauses
I really like those little pauses in the second part of the tune. They give it a nice "swingy" feel.
