Eddie Duffy's
The first of two barndances by Eddie Duffy (both named "Eddie Duffy's") which I was taught by John McEvilly at the Clonmel Scoil Éigse last week. The second, which I'll post soon, I'll call "Ed Duffy's", otherwise there will be confusion if we have two barndances in the same key and with the same name.

Eddie Duffy's
Nice tune , Trevor. It's on the "Dog Big And Dog Little" recording, and I'll bet I know what the second one is! Look forward to seeing it.

Eddie Duffy's (barndance)
Ornaments: John McEvilly suggested a roll on the 4th beat (a B) in every bar where beats 3 and 4 are B2B2.

Eddie / Jimmy Duffy's - another transcription
And probably another to come, as I have a few recordings of times spent with Eddie Duffy and Mick Hoy, this is from Ben Lennon, fiddler, and friends:

Jimmy/Eddie Duffy's Barndances #1
- another transcription transcription, source, and a worthy cause to support by chasing up a copy for yourself, book and CD:

Eddie Duffy's
There's a nice mp3 clip of Frankie Kennedy (RIP) and Mairead Mhoanaigh playing this over on Chiff and Fipple, posted by Brad Hurley: http://chiffboard.mati.ca/viewtopic.php?t=36008&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
It's about halfway down the thread.

Jim Duffy
John Carty also plays this on his Last Night's Fun album.
