I believe this tune comes from the Kohler collection, and actually bears no title there. Someone please correct me otherwise...

I first heard it, and really liked it, on Natalie MacMaster's Live 2CD Set, on the Grand Promenade set of the 2nd disk.
She calls it "Laybourne's Hornpipe."
I had to search all over the net before I found that it was also called Kohler's and eventually found it on JC's TuneFinder.
