This tune is played pretty much as written here, with minor variations, by Tommy Peoples on his latest recording, "Waiting for a Call." I think Alec Finn accompanies him. He follows it with King of the Pipers.
I'm not clear on whether he composed this tune--if anyone knows be sure to speak up.
