The Details tab has this listed as being on Dan Beimborn's "Shatter the Calm" album but that track actually has a polka of the same name, not this slide.

Dale Russ plays this on Irish Fiddle. James Morrison recorded it in the 20s as a Schottische with the title Highland Bonnet.
