AKA The Blackberry Blossom, this tune is often played as part of a set known as The John Bowe Set, after the eponymous gifted box player. The next tune in the set is Dick Gossip's but I don't have a name for the 2rd tune. However, as Gian Marco indicates, this is the set played on Live at Matt Molloy's.

The c#, as given also seems to be another reasonable option, but I tend to favour the d.... Thanks airport... ;-)
