Cream of the Barley Blenders
This is a reel composed by Jim Johnstone, I think. It’s taken from a home cassette recording of a radio broadcast of ‘Accordion ’89’ (maybe ’88) on Radio Forth. I was at the concert at the Edinburgh Playhouse and it featured as special guests the Cape Breton Symphony and Bobby Brown with his Scottish Accent Band. Jim Johnstone’s Band was the house band for the occasion and I understand he wrote this tune for CBS to perform in honour of the sponsors of the concert – producers of a well-known brand of blended Scotch Whisky which, according to ScotchWhisky.net is the best-selling Scotch Whisky in Ireland.

There is a tune listed in his collection, but unable to find my copy I only have what's online to check and there it is merely listed as "Cream of the Barley"...
