Not a reel, but a slow air by Duncan Chisholm, from his album "Canaich". He plays it tuned down to Ab.
I'm a tad unsure about the bar placement here, there's a few bits that aren't quite 4/4, but the midi version *shudder* sounds accurate rhythmically. Any help is welcome.

It sounds as though the last notes of each part should be held on for a little bit longer so that the bars all have the same number of beats. See what you think:
