Lamplighter Hornpipe
This tune appears in the Robbins collection of 200 Jigs, Reels and Country Dances.
I like to work the melody into my repertoire as the dark days of Winter approach.

This is a very popular session tune in the Fife & Drum community in NY. & Ct., however they play it more like a reel. Then again they do that with pretty much all their hornpipes.

The 1st part is a bit similar to that of Deep Waters http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/6365.
