The Trowlie Dart
The Wrigley's Skyran album credits Jennifer as the composer of the tune. It is paired on the album with The Hen-Pen-Dirlo: http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/11320
and is indeed the theme for International Pier Sliding: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ll_djL9-OxI
The Wrigley's play the tunes more like barndances than reels with a lot of swing.
