Wonderful tune - a French scottish

Actually this is not a barndance but a French scottish by Frederic Paris. I got to know the tune yesterday at a session in northern Germany and I just got addicted to it. At the session they played it just like this guy:

I came across an ABC somewhere in another key that deviated slightly from this wonderful version, so I altered it - now it matches the music.

No luck on an initial search, but I know this had been on site previously. It may have been lost when someone left, or in another key? :-/

"I mess up the tune quite a bit, but I like the clip nontheless, so here it is. A lovely schottisch, "le canal en octobre" by Fréderic Paris, melody played completely on the inner c row."
