This cloak seems to get about a bit
This cloak seems to get about a bit. I've seen it come from a few places, including I think Spain

The Munster Cloak
Eamon Butler said that this was one of the oldest Irish mazurkas, and it was originally a Spanish melody.

Time signature?
A small point but the marked time signature doesn't match the dots. As the tune seems to be a mazurka, it would make more sense to change semiquavers to quavers etc, rather than change the time signature to 3/8. (Is a mazurka just a quickish waltz, or is it more complicated than that?)

See "An Fhallaingin Mhuimhneach" on this website for other comments about this tune. (Time signature and note values correspond "correctly" under the other listing.)

Nah! - It still feels and sounds like a twist on a slow march...
