Great beginners piece
I took this from a Boy's of the Lough Tape called Farewell and Remember me. This was the first in a set of three that I flat out stold and started performing. It seemed that my Polka sets were getting tiresome. This was a very quick shot in the arm.
Double stops are quite appropriate for the B part.
Is this piece Shetland, Scottish or Cape Breton? My vote is on Shetland. How does it sound to you?

It's callrd "Angus Polka" after the county of Angus in Scotland. All versions of this tune stem from a recording from 1934 of the Cameron Men, a family of fiddlers from Angus.
