Jacky Tar
This is the tune I know as Jacky Tar. I find it on youtube played this way maybe a dozen times. There seems to be no other reasonable version here except as an AKA for The Cuckoo's Nest. While Cuckoo's Nest is somewhat similar it is not the same - IMHO.

Yes, it does seem to be a hornpipe
But, Jacky Tar still seems to be the more common name.
