The New Limerick Lasses
Another from 'The Fiddler's Tune Book: Reels & Rants, Flings & Fancies; p.35, No.147.' Nothing much in 'The Fiddler's Companion', so additional information would be welcome.

This tune sounds like a composite of The Sailor on the Rock and The Lass of Farranfore: http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display.php/4026

Yeah, similar setting to the first part as 'The Sailor on the Rock'. The resolution in both parts is the same as 'The Lass of Farranfore', with the last phrase of the turn the same as the repeated phrase in the turn of 'New Limerick Lasses'.
Wouldn't have caught that. Good ear!
